Fresh Express is recalling it’s 9-ounce spinach bags because the USDA’s random testing program found a bag to have traces of Salmonella, the North Carolina-based company said. No one has gotten sick and the recall is voluntary.

Throw out bags with a “Use by” date of Nov 7 and product code of Product Code of S299B25, which you can find in the upper right hand corner of the package. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BRING THE SALAD BACK TO THE STORE. Fresh Express is offering a full refund – simply call the company’s Consumer Response Center at (800) 242-5472 during the hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
